Cashback Pending
What it does
Section titled “What it does”The queue of cashback grants that have been calculated but not yet paid. Releasing a grant pays the cashback amount into the player’s wallet. There is no reject action — a grant is either still pending or already paid.
Where to find it
Section titled “Where to find it”Bonus → Cashback → Cashback Pending
Status labels
Section titled “Status labels”- Available — calculated and waiting to be paid. These are the rows you can release.
- Success — already released to the player.
Common tasks
Section titled “Common tasks”- Review the Available grants. Use the filters to narrow by date period, game type, status, User ID, or username.
- Check the Winlose Amount and Final Amount for each grant you want to pay.
- Tick the checkbox on each grant to release. Only Available rows are paid — selecting a Success row has no effect.
- Click Release Selected and confirm. Each selected grant is paid to the player and its status changes to Success.
