Payment Gateway

Connect the third-party payment providers (gateways) that process automated deposits and withdrawals. Each connected gateway is one row; you enter its credentials once, then govern which channels it runs and their limits through a separate per-channel policy.

Transaction → Payment Setup → Payment Gateway

  1. Click Add provider, pick the provider (the list only shows providers that accept your currency), and enter the credentials your provider gave you.
  2. Copy the Callback URL to register shown in the drawer into the provider’s back office so settlement callbacks reach your platform, then click Create.
  3. A new gateway takes no live traffic yet — open its policy to switch a channel on and set its limits (see below).

Every row in the table carries its own action icons. The two you’ll use most are separate on purpose — you tune policy far more often than you rotate secrets:

  • Gateway policy (the gear / tune icon) — opens the per-channel policy drawer where you switch channels on and set limits.
  • Edit / rotate (the pencil icon) — reopens the credentials drawer to re-enter the secrets. The provider itself can’t be changed; re-entering replaces the whole credential row, so you must re-type every required field.

A gateway is not deleted — it is revoked with the block icon (shown only while the gateway is active). You’re asked to confirm; once revoked, deposits and withdrawals through that provider stop and the row’s status flips to Revoked.

Click the gear on a gateway row to open its policy. If the provider exposes more than one deposit rail (for example a QR rail and a Bank rail), you first pick which channel to edit — each channel keeps its own policy but shares the one credential. The Channels column on the table shows each rail with a status dot: green when it’s live, red when it’s off.

The policy drawer holds:

  • Direction — a Deposit enabled switch and a Withdrawal enabled switch. This is where you turn a channel on.
  • Deposit Limits — appears once deposit is enabled; set the min and max deposit amount.
  • Withdrawal Limits — appears once withdrawal is enabled; set the min and max withdrawal amount.
  • Fees & Priority — turnover multiplier, display order, and the admin fee (fixed or percentage).
  • Status — online / offline / maintenance / degraded, plus an Active switch for the channel.

Click Save to apply. Saving with nothing changed just closes the drawer.
