Common tasks

- On the Catalogue tab, click Add Reward.
- Give it a name and a cost in coins, set the stock (leave blank for unlimited), pick an order and status, and optionally an image.

Handling redemption requests
Section titled “Handling redemption requests”The Requests tab is an approval queue. Each pending request shows the player, the reward and the coins they paid, with an approve and a reject action:
- Approve marks the redemption as fulfilled — hand the reward over to the player.
- Reject cancels it and refunds the coins to the player automatically.
Both actions ask you to confirm first. Once decided, a request shows as Approved or Rejected and can’t be acted on again.
