Bank Blacklist
What it does
Section titled “What it does”Blocks destination bank accounts from receiving withdrawals — a withdrawal-fraud control for mule and chargeback accounts. Once an account is on the list, the platform refuses to pay out to it: the block is enforced when a player adds a bank, when a player requests a withdrawal, and when staff submit or approve a manual withdrawal to that account.

Common tasks
Section titled “Common tasks”Block a bank account
Section titled “Block a bank account”- Click ADD to open the Block Bank Account drawer.
- Enter the Account Number (digits only, 4–32 characters).
- Choose the Bank. Leave it on All banks to block that account number at every bank, or pick a specific bank to block only that pairing.
- Optionally add the Account Holder name and a Note explaining why it’s blocked.
- Click BLOCK. The account appears in the list and withdrawals to it are refused from then on.
Remove a blocked account
Section titled “Remove a blocked account”- Find the row in the list. You can filter by Account Number or Account Holder.
- Click the remove (trash) icon in the Action column.
- Confirm in the Remove Blacklist Entry dialog. Withdrawals to that account are allowed again.
Removing keeps the audit trail — the entry is deactivated, not erased.
Reading the list
Section titled “Reading the list”Each row shows the blocked Account Number, the Bank (or All banks), the Account Holder, the Note, and the Blocked At time. Rows are sorted with the most recently blocked first.
